A wonderful series of a simple hole Meagan. That last one was magic.
I was always a scaredy cat when it came to looking thorugh holes in fences! But I love these haiku- especially the last one...
I remember those days, too. That old fence is neat. Good haiku.
Meagan, Your hauku open up that hidden world of pleasant childhood memories.rel
This is really great! And I especially love the last lines -- "to enjoy a bird's eye view/I unfold my cramped wings/and let myself fly." This is so beautiful.
the first two made me smile and I love the sentiment of the last one!
An excellent series and a great photo to accompany it.
