studio friday: summer afternoon

Seattle traffic...a splendid opportunity to practice dissociating which, by the way, is a powerful and practical tool, regardless of what your therapist told you.

Go see more at Studio Friday.

Been in the Seattle traffic, this is priceless. I know I am going to find myself thinking about this the next time I am stuck on I-5 or 405.

Oh... I love this! ..and lots of traffic & construction going on here, year-round it seems.. Construction is a perpetual season in Chicagoland!-- just like traffic!

This shot is a great capture!

LOVE THIS!
Makes me want to put on a period costume...add a portable English cocktail cart filled with old bottles, crystal decanters, a heaping bucket full of ice and glasses. Have a huge hourglass on the concrete barrier...and an old camera (the kind with the black cloth you put over your head) pointed at the traffic...just to see what kind of reaction I'd get from drivers.
