but we're used to it
sink down deep inside

It's so true, isn't it- how we catch ourselves NOT breathing!

Oh, yes, sometimes I think I'm hungry for food and all I really need is to breathe deeply. :-)
I'm always catching myself holding my breath ;) Wonderful!
Sort of like the tail wagging the dog--suddenly we must "remember" to breathe
